Everything you need to know...
Is there a minimum experience budget?
Yes, we only work on experiences that are $10k and above. The nature of our experiences are premium, hard to source or bespoke which usually requires a higher budget to secure.
How do I pay for an experience?
Usually, we will start with a 20% deposit. This is to show celebrity talent our commitment to the experience. If they say yes, then the deposit is locked in with the remaining balance to be paid before the event. If we are unable to secure your request then we will refund the deposit minus a $100 inquiry fee.
Is my experience refundable?
All of our experiences are non-refundable in the event that you can no longer attend for any reason or if you simply change your mind. Where possible, we will try and rearrange the experience for a later date. Please check our T&C’s for more information.
Can you help me get tickets to a concert or sports game?
Unfortunately, this is not our wheelhouse. Typically, if it is an experience you can buy online for yourself then we will not source tickets as it’s not cost effective for you. We cater to one-of-a-kind experiences that aren’t available to the general public such as celebrity meet & greets, VIP packages, and custom experiences.
Can you help me ideate a special experience?
Absolutely, we love to do this! Start by sending us an email or by filling in the inquiry form, telling us more about the occasion, who it’s for, budget and any likes or dislikes to be aware of and we will send you some extraordinary ideas. Remember, if you have the budget then we have the access!
